International Trade of hazardous chemicals and pesticides

Three years after its adoption, regulation 689/2008/EC, implementing the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade at EU level is being recast.
